Graben Sports and Entertainment provides production of professional sports events and pre-seasons. Specializing in professional soccer at the top level club level as well as National team level, we have years of experiencing working with some of the top club and national teams from the around the world. Our past experience includes matches and pre-seasons for squads such as Boca Juniors (Argentina), River Plate (Argentina), San Lorenzo (Argentina), Atletico Nacional (Colombia), America de Cali (Colombia), Deportivo Independiente Medellin (Colombia), Saprissa (Costa Rica), Sevilla (Spain), Argentine and Colombian Olympic U23 squads, and the national teams of Argentina, Honduras, and Haiti to name but a few.

Local promoters have hired us both in a 360 degree capacity to handle event execution from initial concept through to game day, or tailored specifically to meet their needs. This includes sourcing and renting stadiums, obtaining the necessary insurance coverages and event approvals, organizing travel and lodging, setting up online and offline ticket sales, contacting sponsors, providing team liaisons, and running game day operations.

    Our Team

    Nicolas Grabenheimer

    Founder & CEO

    As owner and CEO of a record company and tour booking agency for over ten years, Nicolas has ample experience in all aspects of event management. First as Director of Operations at Onside Entertainment and then as President of Graben Sports, he has been from day one responsible for all logistics, game day operations, delegation needs, and ticketing matters related to the company’s events.

    He has worked closely with top tier clubs and national teams such as Argentina, Colombia, Honduras, Haiti, River Plate, Boca Juniors, San Lorenzo, Atletico Nacional, Dep. Independiente Medellin and numerous others.

    Originally from Argentina, he is fluent in Spanish, English, French, and German. He is an avid futbol fan and dedicated athlete, playing NCAA soccer while attending Boston’s Suffolk University, and currently on the men’s national ice hockey team of Argentina.

    Jorge Ferro

    Vice President of Operations

    Jorge has a long and distinguished career in the world of soccer, both on and off the pitch.  He was a Argentine Football Association referee in Argentina from 1985 to 2005, time at which he retired as a first division referee.  He also served as President of the “Asociacion Argentina de Arbitros”.  In 2008 he left Argentina for the USA on an extraordinary achievement visa, thanks to being awarded numerous distinctions throughout his career as a referee.

    In the United States he has been an integral part of the Graben Sports and Entertainment team, holding key positions as logistics co-ordinator, team liaison manager, and as part of the game day operations crew on all of our major events.

    He remains an active member of the local soccer community, as a referee supervisor and co-ordinator in several competitive local leagues.

    Gaston Lubczanski

    Operations Manager

    Starting as a talent manager and event organizer in the music industry at the age of 18, Gaston has been working with big names in the entertainment industries for years. Since joining GSE, he has worked with the Argentine national team overseas as well as South American club giants Boca Juniors, River Plate, Millonarios, Independiente Santa Fe and many more.

    His first two roles at GSE as Assistant Team Liaison and Team Liaison working side by side with the biggest South American delegations have prepared him for his current role of Operations Manager.

    Born in Buenos Aires, Gaston is fluent in Spanish and English and carries futbol in his blood. He is the host of a futbol podcast on the web, and enjoys playing the sport whenever an opportunity arises. He is currently finishing his BBA in Marketing and International Business at Florida International University.

    Graben Sports (formerly operating under the name of IDEA Marketing) has proudly been the exclusive operations and logistics partner of Onside Entertainment since it’s founding in the year 2014.

    In this time together we have organized over a dozen top tier international club and national team matches and pre-seasons, with Graben Sports playing a key role in providing game day operations, organizing 360 degree delegation and event logistics, negotiating with stadiums, obtaining necessary permits, federation approvals, and insurance coverage, co-ordinating both offline and online ticket sales, and beyond.

    Several exciting future projects are currently in the works, including matches with the Argentine Men’s National team, and new ventures into the youth soccer arena.

    In 2018, Torneos SA, one of Argentina and Latin America's largest and most renowned media and broadcasting companies, entrusted Graben Sports and Entertainment with the organization of the Florida friendly matches for both CA Boca Juniors and CA River Plate.  Graben Sports organized all aspects of the events, from legal and contractual, to sourcing opponents and venues, to event executive production, and all match related aspects for four matches, in three stadiums, across two cities, within a span of 20 days.  The matches were held at ESPN Wide World of Sports (CA River Plate vs Saprissa), Orlando City Stadium (CA River Plate vs D.I.M), and FAU Stadium in Boca Raton (CA River Plate vs Millonarios and CA Boca Juniors vs DIM).

    GSE is proud to collaborate with Deportivo Independiente Medellin, one of Colombia's largest and most successful clubs.  In 2018, GSE invited D.I.M to a one week Florida pre-season, playing matches against none other than Boca Juniors and River Plate of Argentina.  GSE also organized a one week pre-season for D.I.M, handling all their logistics needs including international and local travel, accomodations and catering, as well as training.  GSE and D.I.M regularly partner for D.I.M's international match and training needs.

    Publicidades USA, as agent for the men's national team of Haiti, chose Graben Sports and Entertainment to accompany the FHF national team of Haiti during their one week stay in Buenos Aires, where they participated in the pre-World Cup farewell match of AFA men's national team of Argentina, as well as holding a one week mini training camp.  GSE sourced, negotiated, and contracted a training ground, as well as providing 24/7 support to the Haitian delegation from prior to arrival, through departure.

    In July of 2018, GSE had to pleasure of inviting Costa Rica's most important soccer club to Florida, handling all their logistics needs and providing them with a match at Disney's ESPN Wide World of Sports against Argentina's C.A River Plate.
